Our practice is dedicated to making house calls for homebound patients. We provide complete medical care to patients in their own homes. Our providers make sick visits as well as routine health maintenance visits, medication reviews, and immunizations. We also work with, and can set up visiting nurses, hospice care, home blood draws, in home physical therapy, home delivery of medications, and assess homes for safety.
We will arrange for durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, Oxygen, wheelchairs, walkers, air mattresses and anything else that is needed to improve quality of life. Our goal is to treat patients at home and minimize hospital and E.R. visits. If a hospital stay is needed then we will arrange for and coordinate care in the local hospitals. In home hospice care and pain management are services we also provide.
We accept medicare and secondary insurance, we do not participate with HMO's or medicaid.
